Right now: ( I am a noob )

Fire: 9
Energy Storage: 7
Blood: 7

Flare
Aura of Restoration
Fireball
Fire Storm
Inferno
Meteor Shower
Vampiric Touch
Blood Renewal

Are they fine or should I improve some spells? Give me some suggestions?

Also, when can I learn Meteor?

i have an E/N as well and most of the skills you have right there is what i use at lvl 20.
you might replace flare with immolate later on but also look out for Rodgort's Invocation + Flame Burst. I can't remember when i got Meteor but Well of Blood is good for Necro like Arturo said. You might wanna take some attributes out of energy storage and put more into fire for extra damage other than that those skills are great for Ele fire class.

you can get Meteor Shower is from Captain Greywind in Ascalon Settlement, north of Lions Arch.

You can get Meteor in Anmoon Oasis.

*note the 2 different skills. Meteor is only one rock, Meteor Shower is many rocks.

I had Well of Blood on before, but than I was fighting all these Zombie types and Well of Blood doesn't work on them i believe, so I took it out. And I keep finding myself "forgot" that I have well of blood. I just dun use it 90% of the time during battle hehe.

I dun use rez signet, only wait for the healer (npc/other player) to revive, and hope that the healer don't get killed somehow.

I also read other posts and got the idea that Air Magic is really good if add up with curses. Any idea how good it can be?
